A lighter wallet.
For more people.
Simple should feel simple. We aim for a wallet that works with different devices, ways of seeing and ways of getting things done.
Use a keyboard.
The website includes a skip-to-content link, visible focus indicators and labelled navigation. Use Tab to move between controls and Enter or Space to activate them. The sample card view closes with Escape.
Room to read.
Layouts adapt to smaller screens and browser zoom. Text, labels and focus indicators are designed for contrast; important messages use words as well as colour. Barcodes use a bright, high-contrast viewing area.
Less motion.
The public website uses static illustrations and no automatic looping animation. Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Essential actions don’t depend on hovering.
More ways to add.
Camera access is optional. Enter card details manually if scanning is difficult or unavailable, and review imported numbers before saving them.
Our target, and where we are.
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. CardsHere is in Alpha testing and does not yet claim full conformance. Full screen-reader, browser and Android device testing is still in progress. Barcode acceptance also depends on the retailer’s equipment.
